Keith Tayloe is an informational technology (IT) leader in Booz Allen's Health practice providing software development, systems delivery, and infrastructure engineering support for our federal clients. He has more than 35 years of experience in IT planning, implementation, and operations in the areas of governance, capital planning, and enterprise architecture.
In his current role, Keith is the program manager for the Marketplace System Integrator program at the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS). Keith and his team provide multifaceted development, implementation, and operational support of the federal health exchange, Healthcare.gov. Under his leadership, the program has had many successes, including migrating the federally facilitated healthcare marketplace from on-premises data centers to the cloud.
Before joining Booz Allen, Keith developed and implemented enterprise resource planning solutions for federal agencies at SRA International. He also provided strategic and technical IT expertise and support for defense and other clients in earlier leadership roles at Portal Dynamics and Accenture.
Keith holds numerous certifications including as an Amazon Web Services certified cloud practitioner, a SAFe program consultant, and a project management professional.
He earned his B.S. in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, an M.S. in computer science from Johns Hopkins University, and an M.P.A. from Old Dominion University.
