Since March 2020, about 90 percent of our 27,000+ employees have been delivering services through telework. For employees who are reporting to SCIFs and other worksites, we’ve collaborated with our clients to implement essential health safeguards. This approach has been highly successful, with productivity remaining at or above pre-pandemic levels. More importantly, the impact of the virus on our employees has been significantly lower than comparative averages.
