As the group finance lead for Booz Allen’s global defense work, Robert Jones Jr. drives planning, reporting, analysis, and forecasting across the portfolio while also driving efficiencies and effectiveness across the firm’s broader finance team through ongoing transformation. His areas of expertise include strategic financial planning and forecasting; operational and management reporting; financial modeling and analysis; finance transformation, business process improvement; and risk management.
In his 20 years with Booz Allen, Robert has held a variety of corporate and business finance roles. Later, as a finance lead in Booz Allen’s civil government business, and then its defense and intelligence business, Robert planned and managed key performance indicators; led strategic planning, reporting, and analysis efforts; and managed project control analysts.
Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in information and operations technology and a minor in economics from the College of William & Mary. He also has a master’s in accounting with a focus on controllership and assurance from Old Dominion University.
