Lindsay Joyce leads Booz Allen’s corporate finance team. She manages the firm’s financial performance through her oversight of management reporting and analytics, corporate forecasting, planning and budgeting, cost management, and capital deployment.
Prior to her current role, Lindsay was the finance lead for our strategic innovation initiatives. She drove financial performance and value-creation activities by helping manage technical direct labor growth, execution of high-end contracts, pipeline development, and a capability and solutions investment portfolio. Earlier, Lindsay helped launch the corporate development team, assessing opportunities for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and equity investments. In another role, she led corporate forecasting and helped redesign the structure of our finance organization.
Lindsay brings an extensive background in institutional finance. Prior to joining Booz Allen, she worked in mergers and acquisitions at Deutsche Bank and in private equity at The Carlyle Group and Madison Dearborn Partners.
She holds a B.S. in finance and accounting from Georgetown University.
