Kim Genberg is a leader in Booz Allen’s work with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Based in our Washington, DC office, Kim focuses on developing and scaling our health-focused talent and digital technology capabilities. She leads capture and proposal efforts, in addition to providing delivery oversight for complex technology programs across FDA, NIH, and HHS clients.
Kim has more than 20 years of experience in program management and leading large-scale digital transformation, system integration, and digital solutions programs. She has specialized expertise in digital solutions testing, quality assurance metrics, and continuous process improvement.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Kim served as director of quality assurance and testing for Deltek Systems’ Enterprise Systems Division.
Kim supports the Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area in honor of her mother, who is living with the disease.
Kim is a certified ICAgile professional, and she holds a B.A. in economics from the College of William and Mary.
