Joe Laundree is a leader in Booz Allen’s health business. With 35 years of experience in the military health system, Joe is a Department of Defense (DOD) military health expert and has deep expertise in operational planning, operational medicine, readiness, and health policy.
Before joining Booz Allen, Joe was director of operations and readiness at DOD Health Affairs and at the Defense Health Agency, where he designed and implemented medical policies to dramatically improve outcomes for warfighters wounded on the battlefield.
Joe spent the first 21 years of his career in the U.S. Army. During that time, he advanced in leadership assignments across the Army, including in combat deployments.
Joe holds a B.S. in industrial labor relations from the State University of New York at Potsdam and an M.S. in strategic intelligence from the National Intelligence University. He is certified as a change management advanced practitioner from Georgetown University.
