These are just a few questions attendees will explore on February 15-16 at the fourth annual Booz Allen Unstoppable Together Summit 2022: “Creating a More Equitable Future.” The summit will also showcase the firm’s signature diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program highlights for the year.
The virtual summit brings together thought leaders from government, academia, and the community to have conversations about how to advance equity in all aspects of our lives—personal and professional—as well as in society.
Booz Allen Chief People Officer Betty Thompson will open the summit and welcome attendees with a preview of what’s ahead.
“We have an exciting new Unstoppable Together Summit this year that uses unique, story-based conversations to foster a free flow of ideas and perspectives,” she said, “including some incredible sessions by the firm’s Global Business Resource Groups and DEI Councils about equity in the employee experience, our work, and our clients’ missions.”

The 2022 summit’s theme, “Creating a More Equitable Future,” builds upon and expands the 2021 conversation about exploring social equity around the globe.
“Over the past year, we’ve spent time reflecting on the meaning of equity—what it means to us as individuals, how we see its impacts in our systems and technology, and in the context of our relationships at home and at work,” said Booz Allen Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer Jon G. Muñoz. “At this year’s Unstoppable Together Summit we want to take a step further and explore how to take action to intentionally create a more equitable future.”
“By connecting with each another, our communities, and continuing the conversations from this summit,” added Muñoz, “we can go deeper and build equity as we design for the future.”
