It’s unlike anywhere else you’ve done business development.” Capture Lead Cora Murphy has worked in the industry her whole career and recently joined Booz Allen. “I’ve never seen a business development team so tightly integrated within a firm," says Cora. "That empowers us to make an impact beyond individual pursuits. We work as one team, and the tenure, quality, and dedication of our people are noteworthy.”

We’re motivated by the mission-driven challenges of our clients. “We truly live the mission at Booz Allen,” says Cora. “I’m always impressed by our people’s commitment to and passion for the missions they serve.” Tapping into our collective expertise, we play a key role in supporting our clients as they reach their goals. “We’re in the business of helping,” says Senior Business Development Lead, Gary Williams. “More than anything else, we want a client to say, ‘We had a problem and Booz Allen helped us solve it.’”
