Our strategy and technology consultants have empowered our international clients with the knowledge and experience they need to build their own local resources and capabilities.
In facing challenges of modernization, our Middle East and North Africa clients have complex requirements that benefit from our proven experience in guiding major programs and projects for governments and private-sector organizations. The services we offer in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, Kuwait, Morocco, Jordan, and other regional countries build on our consulting legacy.
Our clients call upon us to work on their hardest problems—delivering effective health care, protecting warfighters and their families, keeping our national infrastructure secure, bringing into focus the traditional boundaries between consumer products and manufacturing as those boundaries blur.
Booz Allen was founded on the notion that we could help companies succeed by bringing them expert, candid advice and an outside perspective on their business. The analysis and perspective generated by that talent can be found in the case studies and thought leadership produced by our people.

At this year’s 2017 SXSW conference, one of the nation’s premier venues for new ideas, Booz Allen senior executive Dee Dee Helfenstein discussed the changing workplace, the on-demand economy, and how organizations can better attract and retain working mothers and other caregivers. She also discussed Booz Allen’s 2016 Return-to-Work pilot program, which, in partnership with SWE and iRelaunch, offered paid re-entry internships for talented engineers looking to jumpstart their return to the workforce.
As a follow-on to the SxSW discussion, we continued the dialogue by convening a group of working moms to discuss their needs and experiences in an open and informal setting. Based on their feedback, we have piloted a variety of new services and initiatives to better support working parents.
“The experience for working mothers needs innovating.”
- Dee Dee Helfenstein, Senior Vice President
This summer, we brought the conversation to social media by hosting a LIVE event featuring successful working mothers from the Fortune 500 sector as well as entrepreneurs and business owners. Special guests for this event included:
The event was an opportunity for working mothers to hear from other women leaders about how they advanced in their careers while also exceling as mothers and caregivers.
Our hope is that this conversation provides actionable strategies and inspiration for all parents who are navigating their own path to career fulfillment and work/life harmony.
