Jeff Williamson is a leader in human resources (HR) for Booz Allen. Based out of McLean, Virginia, office, he applies his expertise in people services to oversee employee relations, compliance, technology strategy, process improvement, business partner delivery, analytics, performance and talent management, communications and change management, and employee experience.
Prior to joining Booz Allen in 2019, Jeff was chief HR officer and executive vice president of the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), overseeing all aspects of HR for the more than 640,000 USPS employees, including labor relations, employee resource management, compensation and benefits, learning and leadership development, and employee engagement. In this position, Jeff managed one of the largest HR shared services and human capital enterprise systems in operation. He also served as vice president of pricing, where he led the development and implementation of programs designed to simplify the mailing experience for small businesses, create innovative ideas for commercial customers, and tailor services for specific markets. Jeff also served as manager of performance and field operations support, manager of network development and support, and manager of network modeling and development for USPS.
Jeff began his career as a management consultant in business strategy, finance, and supply chain management for IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jeff holds a master’s in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.B.A. from American University, and a bachelor’s in history from Gettysburg College.
