Eaton Kuh leads Booz Allen’s transformation and strategy support to the Department of the Air Force with a special focus on the U.S. Space Force (USSF). Drawing on more than 15 years of experience with large-scale organizational and digital initiatives, he plays an instrumental role in coordinating and directing transformations across the USSF headquarters offices.
Eaton brings deep expertise in business process reengineering, digital transformation, strategic planning, change management, innovation design, performance measurement, process automation, data-driven decision making, organizational design, and asset management. He has collaborated with clients at all levels of government, in both Department of Defense (DOD) and non-DOD federal organizations, and in multiple armed service branches, as well as in the commercial and nonprofit sectors.
Eaton has frequently managed the firm’s high-priority initiatives for the Secretary of the Air Force, Chief of Staff of the Air Force, and Chief of Space Operations. In 2019, he was a key contributor to the USSF Planning Task Force. His Air Force-related work has spanned all echelons from strategic to tactical, international affairs, and multiple geographies and functional areas. Prior to Booz Allen, he served as a policy researcher and senior consultant at IBM.
Eaton has a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. in strategy and analytics from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He has certifications in Lean Six Sigma and design thinking. Since 2017, he has been an adjunct instructor in Georgetown University’s Change Management Advanced Practitioner program.
