Wendy Jilson is a leader in Booz Allen’s global defense business. She is a business lead for our mission systems work for the U.S. Army focusing on portfolio management, contract capture and execution, operational support, and strategic priorities.
With nearly 20 years at Booz Allen, Wendy has extensive management experience in ground and munitions systems, business development, and leading-edge solutions which drive Army transformation.
She has been instrumental in pivoting our mission services and solutions business into increasingly technical work by focusing on providing specialty engineering services to our defense clients. In this role, she and her team of more than 300 people provide engineering solutions, data analytics, technical analysis, and knowledge transfer.
Wendy has a B.S. in marketing from St. Joseph’s University. She also holds an Acquisition Level III certification.
