Sean McDonald is a digital technology leader specializing in workforce development and IT modernization solutions for Booz Allen’s federal government clients. He and his teams are marshaling innovative technologies to help a portfolio of civilian agencies transform their aging systems and processes to better serve the American public.
Over the past 20 years at the firm, Sean has focused on enterprise IT solutions that improve the delivery of citizen services. Working with federal agencies such as the Department of Labor, Department of Agriculture, U.S. Postal Service, and U.S. Patent and Trade Office, Sean has led technology modernization programs, including implementing new case management and cloud-based applications.
Consulting Magazine recently recognized him as a “Global Leader in Consulting” for managing an IT modernization program for the U.S. Department of Labor. The effort dramatically improved the digital interactions between citizens, companies, and the federal government.
Sean is certified in program management, project management, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). He received a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from Virginia Tech.
