Sam Strulson is a leader in Booz Allen's civil health business. He and his team advance the mission of federal healthcare and life science agencies by using current and emerging technologies to meet their business needs. Focused on application development, cloud modernization, and IT transformation, Sam develops and implements strategic growth plans, delivering successful outcomes for our healthcare and life science clients.
Sam joined Booz Allen as part of Booz Allen’s 2021 acquisition of Liberty IT Solutions, where he was vice president of growth and strategic initiatives. Previously, he worked for ManTech and Irving Burton Associates (IBA). While at IBA, he implemented a health surveillance system for man-made and biological threats at the Defense Health Agency that was ultimately used to support the agency’s COVID-19 management response.
Sam holds an B.A. in history and anthropology from James Madison University.
