Marisa Santisi is a business systems and analytics leader in Booz Allen’s chief technology office. She manages the firm’s business systems portfolio including all enterprise business applications and our analytics office. Marisa and her team employ the latest advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and data science to solve complex business problems.
Marisa spearheads transformational efforts to maximize the firm’s operational performance. From transitioning human capital technology to the cloud and modernizing financial and procurement applications to creating a cloud business systems data lake to enable data-driven decision making, she is optimizing and transforming Booz Allen’s multifaceted business operations.
Before joining Booz Allen, Marisa was a consultant who led enterprise initiatives to transform companies such as Nextel, Sprint, and Hilton.
Marisa was recognized as a 2023 Honoree Women Leader in Technology, for Excellence in Leadership by Consulting Magazine. She has a bachelor’s of business administration in management information systems from the University of Georgia.
