Marc Weber is a business transformation leader who drives complex cross-functional initiatives that advance Booz Allen’s corporate strategy, such as leading transformation for a firmwide finance modernization program. He has more than two decades of experience in corporate strategy, digital transformation, organizational design, performance management, finance, human resources, and business development.
Earlier at Booz Allen, Marc built business across civilian agencies including the U.S. Departments of Agriculture and Treasury and IRS, where he led and grew our portfolio of work across the agency. Marc and his teams have designed and delivered projects focused on digital transformation, identity and access management, fraud detection, technology strategy, organization design, and program management.
Before joining Booz Allen, Marc was a change strategy consultant at PwC where he supported federal clients in strategic planning, performance management, and organizational design services.
Marc holds an M.B.A. in management and organization from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in political science and psychology from Emory University. He is a certified project management professional.
