Kellie Morton is a people services strategy leader in Booz Allen’s global commercial business. She brings 25 years of human resources and human capital development experience to proactively address the complex needs of an ever-changing cyber workforce.
Kellie partners with our commercial business leaders to drive performance and talent management, organizational design and development, culture and the employee experience, change management, as well as post-merger integration and growth strategies. From employee and union relations, training, and development to executive talent development, she has led transformational efforts for multiple organizations and functions, driving specialized centers of excellence to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operational models.
Before joining Booz Allen, Kellie was chief human resources officer for the insurance provider Core Specialty, where she designed and stood up the people services function. Previously, she served in leadership roles at General Electric, among other Fortune 500 organizations, supporting diverse teams, including corporate, cyber technology, engineering, product development, commercial services, and supply chain manufacturing.
Kellie earned an M.S. in business management, marketing, and related support services from Indiana Wesleyan University, a B.A. in business management from the University of Guelph, and a certification in human resources from Ball State University.
