Justine Gayle is a service delivery leader at Booz Allen. She drives innovative approaches to service delivery across the firm, including an enhanced shared services model for executing operational transactions. She and her team develop standardized practices and consultative service offerings to support business units and improve efficiencies.
Justine’s areas of expertise and focus include human resources, compliance, and operational excellence, specializing in full lifecycle employee experiences—from recruitment to retirement. Prior to her current role, she held multiple roles within the firm, spearheading client-facing programs and transformational work in our people services organization. Among her notable contributions, Justine stood up our employee care center and has led the firm’s affirmative action and equal opportunity programs.
Before joining Booz Allen, Justine worked in the airline industry, driving improvements in inflight and flight operations service offerings.
Active in industry associations, Justine is currently president of the Washington Metropolitan Industry Liaison Group. She holds a B.S. in business management from Springfield College.
