Christine Cox is the head of corporate development for Booz Allen. She plans and executes the firm’s corporate strategy through strategic business initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and other investments.
Working with the firm’s senior leaders, Christine and her team develop and implement strategies to identify growth opportunities. Christine leads the M&A process from strategic sourcing to executing the transaction to overseeing the post-merger integration. She and her team were instrumental in our recent acquisitions of Tracepoint, a digital and incident response company, and Liberty IT, a digital transformation provider.
Before coming to Booz Allen, Christine was the director of strategic development at Engility Corporation, where she led the strategic planning and the M&A process. She also worked at the Renaissance Strategic Advisors and Lockheed Martin.
Christine has an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.S. in economics and political science from James Madison University.
