Abby Vaughan leads strategy and operations for Booz Allen’s Chief Technology Office (CTO). She and her team help our clients advance the government’s digital future through emerging technologies, scalable innovation, and infrastructure to meet their most critical missions.
Abby has deep expertise in strategic and operational planning, program and change management, business process reengineering, and strategic communications. She develops and executes the CTO’s strategy, optimizing its investment portfolio to build differentiated, mission-centric technology solutions. In addition, Abby works with multidisciplinary teams to build programs that cultivate and empower technical talent.
Prior to her current role, Abby was the business operations lead for our strategic innovation business. She managed operations for a portfolio of emerging technical capabilities and solutions. Abby also has supported clients in our health and human services business where she helped operationalize federal health grant programs.
Before coming to Booz Allen, Abby was a systems analyst supporting large-scale system development programs for state and local government clients at Deloitte.
Abby received a B.S. in information sciences and technology from Penn State University.
