Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) Executive Vice President and General Counsel Nancy Laben has been recognized by the Ethisphere Institute as one of the 2015 Attorneys Who Matter, honored for her “contribution to raising the profile of corporate ethics and integrity in the business community.”
The Ethisphere Institute publishes the Attorneys Who Matter list each year, including attorneys representing all areas of practice including federal agencies, inhouse counsel, top ethics and compliance officers of major companies and outside counsel.
Nominees are measured on a set of nine criteria including peer/client endorsements, public service, and legal community engagement. Ethisphere says of the honorees, “The Attorneys Who Matter raise the bar for ethical behavior in their industries and boast a commendable track record of public service, legal community engagement and academic involvement.”

Laben has been with Booz Allen since 2013. She leads the firm’s Law Department which spans numerous functions, including corporate governance, government contract law, employment law, securities law, and investigations.
