Linda Labarge is a leader in Booz Allen’s Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), where she plays an integral role in executing the CEO’s agenda and contributing to other executive level activities. Linda has left her mark on a variety of teams at the firm and served in leadership roles for financial services, people services, information services, and programs focusing on firmwide innovation.
In her most recent role, Linda supported the chief people officer and helped drive leadership team priorities, including transformation and management of the firmwide executive talent management process.
Linda also applied her multifaceted expertise by helping create an internal group at Booz Allen focused on stimulating firmwide innovation. As a result of her efforts, Linda was recognized for “building a culture of innovation,” which earned her a Booz Allen Excellence Award—the firm’s highest honor.
Regardless of the team she’s on, Linda is no stranger to developing high-impact programs at the firm. She began her tenure at Booz Allen with an internship in payroll and benefits and then worked in finance for 10 years—eventually reporting to the chief financial officer. Shortly after, she took on more responsibility in business operations for information systems under the chief information officer. Using her cumulative experience in finance, human resources, and knowledge of the firm, Linda created both a firmwide financial training program and an all-staff ethics training program.
Linda holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Seton Hall University.
