Vice President Craig Todd has more than 18 years of experience providing consulting services to both government and commercial clients. He currently leads a segment of our Naval Sea Systems Command Program Executive Offices and Headquarters/Directorates business within the Navy/Marine Corps account focused on delivering technologically advanced warfighting capability to the fleet.
He leads a portfolio of project teams comprised of functionally diverse staff who provide Acquisition, Program Management and Logistics, Cyber/Information Assurance, Engineering, Advanced Analytics and Strategy services for our clients.
Craig also co-leads our Human Capital and Learning Functional Community and is an expert in this area. He has led a variety of project teams supporting Department of Defense and civil agencies and commercial clients in areas such as human capital strategy, leadership development, strategic recruitment, competency modeling, performance management, workforce planning, and job redesign. During his tenure at Booz Allen he has spoken at The Brookings Institute and Human Capital Management in Defense about linking competencies to organizational performance and employee engagement
Craig also serves as a guest lecturer at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business on the topic of human capital as part of the Change Management Advanced Practitioner certificate program.
Craig holds a M.A. in industrial and organizational psychology from George Mason University, a B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a change management advanced practitioner certificate from Georgetown University.
