Nicole Monteforte leads Booz Allen’s wargame and exercise capability. Based out of the McLean, Virginia, office, she applies her expertise as a master facilitator to conduct wargames and exercises for the firm’s most critical and sensitive government and commercial clients, both in the United States and overseas. These engagements range from highly classified exercises for intelligence agencies to business strategy and cybersecurity simulations for Fortune 100 companies.
Since Nicole joined Booz Allen in 2001, she has led the design and execution of more than 300 tabletop exercises, wargames, and strategic and operational simulations. She led the firm’s BREACHED! wargame at the 2015 RSA Executive Security Action Forum and 2016 RSA Conferences, and was most recently a panelist at the NCFTA Executive Summit, the Florida Center for Cyber Security 2016 Summit, Evanta’s CISO Coalition in 2017, and CISCO’s 2018 Global CIO Conference.
Nicole published a chapter in the NYSE: Corporate Governance Guide titled, “Fostering a Long-Term Perspective: Using Strategic Simulations to Prepare for Uncertain Futures.”
She holds a master’s in international affairs and a bachelor’s in international studies, both from American University.
