Joe D’Aniello is a senior leader in Booz Allen’s civil health business. He provides senior oversight for our support at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Joe and his teams manage our diverse portfolio of CMS projects spanning program management, policy and operations, digital transformation, customer relationship management, and electronic health records deployment and implementation.
As an IT program manager and strategist, Joe has a proven record of innovation and leadership, blending strategy, vision, and technical competence to support complex client missions. He has more than 25 years of IT consulting and program management experience across government and commercial clients in the U.S. and Europe. His areas of expertise include customer relationship management (CRM), from developing strategy to supporting system selection and implementation, and digital solutions with a focus on systems modernization.
Joe has an M.A in international affairs from American University’s School of International Service and a B.A. in political science from Pace University.
