As a senior cyber technology leader, he drives cyber business development and leads a team of cybersecurity experts, network engineers, systems engineers, modeling & simulation subject matter experts, cyber operators, and capability and cyber tool developers.

Howard is the director of Booz Allen’s global wargame and exercise commercial practice. He specializes in stress-testing top Fortune 300/Global 100 companies’ crisis management and cyber incident response capabilities across all industry sectors. In an earlier role at the firm, Howard served as a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives expert in support of the nation’s homeland and national security agencies. Howard has more than 20 years of military, government, and commercial experience.

Ebony has served as a thought leader in the development of business solutions for an array of clients across the Department of Defense and Civil markets, including the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness, the Air Force Surgeon General, the Director of the Defense Center of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She also previously led the change management practice for the rollout of the military’s new electronic healthcare record system impacting over 50 military hospitals, 300 clinics, and 9.5 million beneficiaries globally.

AJ is a lead automation engineer in the Enterprise Cybersecurity Operations Infrastructure team. He collaborates closely with Booz Allen’s cyber defenders to enhance their playbooks and enrich investigations, resulting in faster analysis to account for the scale of the firm's cyber mission.

Christina Leggett, Ph.D.


Christina works passionately to improve the world in one of the most critically needed areas: energy. She is the lead engineer for the Department of Energy’s Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) on nuclear fission and fusion energy solutions. She helps develop and execute new high-risk, high-reward nuclear R&D programs for ARPA-E program directors and provides technical oversight of projects funded under these programs. She also fervently advocates for the industry as the increasing need for energy solutions grows.

Jacklyn is an orchestration lead for one of Booz Allen’s largest commercial clients, where she bridges her engineering expertise with an uncanny ability to bring structure to complex problems. Jacklyn and her Cyber Hardening Program team are responsible for overseeing technical workstream initiatives—providing project management support, as well as organizational transformation, change management, and cyber strategy implementation. With her deep mission knowledge and engaging personality, Jacklyn has created lasting client relationships that ensure the client has faith in the team’s work.

This work supports the critical mission of countering weapons of mass destruction and emerging threats to U.S. forces globally.

Leslie leads our Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) Task Order. It is the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) current electronic health record supporting more than 9 million veterans. Since 2018, Leslie has led the CPRS development team through numerous complex software releases to 171 VA Medical Centers.

Paul is a chief engineer and deputy program manager for a $300-million program developing innovative geospatial intelligence solutions through path-breaking scientific research and development. Paul has also led operations and management, engineering, and planning of an extensive, distributed infrastructure at secure facilities nationwide. This includes hands-on experience with cloud engineering, DevSecOps, and high-performance compute, which is an emerging growth market that enables artificial intelligence/machine learning and big data solutions.

Samira has supported the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Microsystems Technology Office (MTO) leadership. She led a technical and business management team of 15 people to ensure the smooth execution of MTO research programs. This work included leading the preparation for major public events, including the 2015 MTO Symposium, as well as team collaboration events with DARPA program managers.

As the lead system engineer on the project, she has created various process diagrams, swim lane diagrams, and circle diagrams to depict and improve the supporting Department of Defense agency and external partners' processes for sharing data.
