Paul Chi leads Booz Allen’s intelligence account, including our U.S. government classified and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency businesses. Paul and his diverse team provide innovative solutions to clients in information technology, data science, cybersecurity, engineering, organizational change management, and core intelligence missions.
Prior to his current role, Paul partnered with the intelligence community, the Department of Defense, and commercial clients to develop solutions for signals intelligence analysis, all-source research and analysis, information security, and data analytics.
Paul’s areas of expertise include computer science and engineering, radio frequency technologies, cyber, networking technologies, biometrics, data science, technical operations and targeting, financial intelligence, advanced prototyping, innovative and applied solutions, and non-traditional approaches to difficult and ongoing mission challenges.
In recognition of his longstanding commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Paul was recently honored with the Washington Business Journal’s 2023 Diversity in Business award. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the International Spy Museum, supporting the museum’s mission of sharing the role of intelligence in our daily lives.
Paul earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan.
