Meet Arthur

Mr. Johnson brings deep strategic leadership experience across technology, defense and government-facing businesses. His background in corporate strategic development, enterprise planning and operating oversight provides valuable insight into long-term strategy and risk management.

With extensive experience in the defense and government sectors and service on audit committees, Mr. Johnson strengthens the Board’s oversight of regulatory complexity, financial governance and strategic alignment with Booz Allen’s core markets.

Mr. Johnson retired from Lockheed Martin in 2009 as senior vice president of corporate strategic development with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the information technology and defense businesses. Prior to his service at Lockheed Martin, Mr. Johnson held senior positions at IBM and Loral Corporation.

Mr. Johnson brings a unique technology-oriented lens in areas of corporate strategic development and planning, information and technology management, financial analysis and operating oversight. With a deep understanding of the defense and government industries, Mr. Johnson assists the Board in guiding the Company through regulatory complexities. His extensive experience enhances our Board’s financial and corporate governance posture.
