Founded in 2009, Women in Engineering Science (WiES) is one of many women-led initiatives at Booz Allen. This inclusive community promotes engagement and networking through its support of firmwide diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, the Women’s Business Resource Group, Technical Experience Groups (TXG), and the Digital Engineering Group. With an emphasis on professional growth and collaboration, WiES connects women in engineering across the firm.
