2020 Charleston Hub Hackathon

Updated March 4, 2020: Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we’re sorry to announce we’re cancelling our Charleston hackathon. Booz Allen’s Charleston Digital Hub is hosting its second annual public hackathon on Saturday, March 7, 2020. Doors will open for check-in starting at 8:00 am with the event officially kicking off at 9:00 am and ending at 9:00 pm.

This event will be a full-day challenge in which you and your team of three to six people will work together to make a better tomorrow by producing open source solutions for problems arising from climate change. We welcome all varieties of solutions, including but not limited to data visualizations, mobile applications, interactive prototypes, business use cases, and any other inspiring medium to present your climate change solution.

The hackathon is fully catered, providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as snacks and drinks throughout the day. All we need for you to bring is a government-issued form of identification, a WiFi-capable laptop (including chargers/peripherals), and your excitement and willingness to change the world.
