The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Employees (GLOBE) Forum, one of Booz Allen’s longest established forums, supports the professional development of all staff regarding GLBT workplace-related issues.
This diversity forum has built strong relationships with nonprofits nationwide, including Reaching Out MBA, Out and Equal, Out for Undergraduate Business, and the Whitman-Walker Clinic – the largest provider of HIV/AIDS services in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. GLOBE’S community work helps Booz Allen recruit the best and brightest talent in the GLBT community.
