Meet Troy

As chief financial officer, Troy Lahr shapes and executes Booz Allen’s financial strategy to drive long-term growth and shareholder value. His leadership is instrumental in evolving how Booz Allen operates as an advanced technology company. Troy oversees the company’s strategic and operational finance functions, including investor relations and corporate development.

Troy has more than 25 years of finance leadership experience across both public and private technology companies. Before joining Booz Allen, he served as Chief Financial Officer and senior vice president at Sierra Space. Prior to that, Troy was CFO of Boeing’s Defense, Space & Security business, following roles as head of corporate investor relations, controller, and senior manager of mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Troy spent twelve years at Stifel Financial Corporation as an equity analyst researching the aerospace and defense industry.

Troy holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a master’s degree in finance from Loyola University.
