Julie McPherson leads Booz Allen’s digital transformation business, helping federal agencies use advanced technology to work smarter and serve the American people better. She accelerates the integration of technologies like AI, cyber, and quantum across government agencies and industries. She also plays a key role in driving Booz Allen’s partnerships across the tech ecosystem, from start-ups and early-stage ventures to cloud hyperscalers and more.
Prior to this, Julie led Booz Allen’s Digital Solutions business in shaping some of the government’s major tech initiatives. With a focus on modern software development, cloud and data platform implementation, and user experience, Julie led efforts to upgrade digital capabilities across multiple civilian agencies.
Julie was honored with Consulting Magazine’s 2021 Women Leaders in Technology award and co-founded the Women for the Inn to support the Children’s Inn at NIH. She holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and an M.S. in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
