Meet Jen

As chief administrative officer, Jen Wagner drives operational performance by upgrading technology and streamlining key corporate functions. This work helps the firm scale efficiently and gives employees what they need to deliver advanced technology to our customers faster. 

In her more than 30 years at Booz Allen, Jen has led critical functions, including Enterprise Risk and the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. She drove transformation of Booz Allen’s Payroll team, led the Crisis Management Team through multiple events, including Booz Allen’s response to COVID-19, and developed the Enterprise Risk Management program. She managed multiple areas within federal contracting, including strategic subcontract teaming, negotiations for major company proposals, and contractor purchasing system review compliance.  

Jen is a member of the Board of Directors at The Women’s Center in Vienna, Virginia. She earned her B.A. in international studies from Allegheny College.
