Meet Annette

Annette Redman is the senior leader for Booz Allen’s Joint Defense Market. Based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, she oversees the programs and a workforce of 3,700 employees supporting the combatant commands and defense agencies worldwide.

Annette applies decades of operational and intelligence experience to drive technical solutions and approaches. Throughout her career, she has managed large, geographically dispersed teams with deep technical and mission expertise in analytics, digital services, partner engagement, cybersecurity, training, and readiness.

Since joining Booz Allen in 1997, Annette has supported both Department of War and intelligence community customers. She previously managed large-scale programs in support of U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command. In addition, as extended enterprise lead in Europe, she scaled the business in the region, managed our European portfolio, and built talented, cross-functional teams across a broad mission set.

Before joining Booz Allen, Annette served as a U.S. Army intelligence officer, holding various leadership positions at both tactical and strategic levels.

She has an M.S. in strategic intelligence from the Defense Intelligence College and a B.A. in political science from Midwestern State University.
