Under this contract, we offer quick and easy access to Booz Allen’s subject matter experts in cloud computing and related professional services as well as human capital strategy, policy, and operations. The MAS Contract provides a flexible contract vehicle with the scope to address your complex cloud and human capital professional service needs.
Multiple Award Schedule Features
- Structured as an indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) multiple award schedule contract. Contract valid through 29 September 2025 with two 5-year option periods.
- Offers multiple contract options: Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, or Labor Hour.
- Reduces typical procurement lead times and administrative costs.
- Stipulates no dollar value limit on task orders.
- Can be used by all federal agencies, and the District of Columbia.
- Allows creation of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for recurring needs.
- Employs pre-negotiated fair and reasonable pricing.

Cloud Computing and Cloud Related IT Professional Services SIN 518210C Cloud Computing and Cloud Related IT Professional Services includes commercially available cloud computing services such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) and emerging cloud computing services. IT professional services that are focused on providing the types of services that support the Government's adoption of, migration to, or governance/management of cloud computing. Specific cloud related IT professional labor categories and/or fixed-price professional services solutions (e.g., migration services) that support activities associated with assessing cloud solutions, refactoring workloads for cloud solutions, migrating legacy or other systems to cloud solutions, providing management/governance of cloud solutions, DevOps, developing cloud native applications, or other cloud-oriented activities are within scope of this SIN. |

Although designed primarily for the acquisition of services and/or large purchases, e-Buy may also be used to establish BPAs.
