We help our people build their personal career pathways so they can grow professionally and enhance client missions. This includes upskilling and reskilling with technical training and certifications, ensuring teams stay at the forefront of skills required to serve the mission-critical jobs of the U.S. military.
Our on-island, firm-sponsored Technical Experience Groups (TXG) are member-led technical communities open to all employees that facilitate networking and professional development and help them stay abreast of technological advances in cyber, data science and engineering, experience and immersive, AI, cloud and infrastructure, and much more.
COMMUNITY
We strengthen our diverse communities by supporting a range of opportunities, from our robust military recruiting program to hosting, sponsoring, and volunteering for AI and STEM-related events and programs. We support local workforce development by launching education initiatives, including a University of Hawaii Foundation scholarship program, a STEM program for Ho'ōla Nā Pua human trafficking survivors, and an internship collaboration with Temple University Japan.
