  • Model-Based Product Support Model-based product support (MBPS) is an approach to that uses modeling and simulation to manage the technical baseline and to optimize decision making throughout the system lifecycle. MBPS drives key performance outcomes, including system readiness and reduction in total ownership cost.
  • Sustainment Engineering Our engineers solve your sustainment problems at the component, product, and system levels by: (1) analyzing operational usage profiles, maintenance records, and failure data to identify reliability trends (2) performing root cause analysis, and (3) recommending corrective actions.
  • Sustainment Analytics As a leader in data science, Booz Allen applies advanced analytic techniques such as modeling and simulation, artificial intelligence, and Bayesian Belief Networks to sustainment solutions such as predictive maintenance and advanced maintenance diagnostics.
  • Supply Chain Management Almost 40 years ago, Booz Allen's Keith Oliver introduced the term "supply chain management." Today, we continue working with clients to integrate processes, suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and stores so material is produced and distributed in the right quantities, locations, and time. Our models and tools focus on planning and executing the flow of goods through the supply chain.

  • Lifecycle Management Process - Integrated Digital Environment (LCMP-IDE) LCMP-IDE provides a flexible architecture and integrated data layer to provide a wide range of analytics and process standardization capabilities. LCMP-IDE offers scalable cloud-based lifecycle management capabilities and data integrations, and has supported the Department of Defense for over 15 years.
