Booz Allen Commercial delivers advanced cyber defenses to the Fortune 500 and Global 2000. We are technical practitioners and cyber-focused management consultants with unparalleled experience – we know how cyber-attacks happen and how to defend against them.
Our strategy and technology consultants have empowered our international clients with the knowledge and experience they need to build their own local resources and capabilities.
In facing challenges of modernization, our Middle East and North Africa clients have complex requirements that benefit from our proven experience in guiding major programs and projects for governments and private-sector organizations. The services we offer in UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Turkey, Kuwait, Morocco, Jordan, and other regional countries build on our consulting legacy.
Our clients call upon us to work on their hardest problems—delivering effective health care, protecting warfighters and their families, keeping our national infrastructure secure, bringing into focus the traditional boundaries between consumer products and manufacturing as those boundaries blur.
Booz Allen was founded on the notion that we could help companies succeed by bringing them expert, candid advice and an outside perspective on their business. The analysis and perspective generated by that talent can be found in the case studies and thought leadership produced by our people.

Booz Allen’s support for the Air Force Office of Business Transformation hits some of the most complex organizational problems facing the service branch. Just like the rest of the military, the Air Force is being asked to do more with less, so transformation is a must. We’re helping it adapt its operations for a more resource-constrained environment.
For Senior Transformation Lead Jenevieve Creary, the program represents management consulting at its best. According to Jenevieve, “We are partnering with the Air Force to solve their toughest challenges. The work is strategic, intellectually stimulating, and rewarding as we are making a tremendously positive impact on the organization’s mission.”
It takes many different skill sets—and lots of teamwork—to make the U.S. Air Force’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
As we help the department integrate new technology and continually transform, we’re assisting with force-wide challenges like identifying gaps in care provided to airmen with post-traumatic stress, increasing recruitment and retention, and redesigning the budgeting execution process.
“We are working with very senior clients and bringing the collective ingenuity of the firm to address their most pressing challenges,” says Frank Lee, Booz Allen vice president and officer in charge for the engagement.
Faced with addressing such broad challenges, it’s essential that reach-back expertise is only a click or a phone call away—even when the ideal subject matter expert needs an extremely rare combination of skills.
At one point, “the Air Force called Booz Allen asking for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with nuclear experience,” says Frank. Such a profile is rare even in Lean Six Sigma circles. “In less than two days we answered the call.”
Our work on the transformation project also includes support for the Air Force Review Boards Agency— an organization that helps America’s heroes get the benefits they deserve more quickly.
The many and varied challenges we’re helping the Air Force address include:
This collective effort has a potential cost avoidance in the range of hundreds of millions of dollars, ultimately empowering Air Force leadership to more strategically allocate vital resources. As we continue to work with new entities within the Air Force, we’re demonstrating time and again that our mission and theirs are one and the same. In the words of the client, our support is “trusted and instrumental.”
