Don’t engage. Booz Allen doesn’t contact potential candidates or conduct interviews via Google Hangouts, Gmail, Telegram, or any other social media applications.
Booz Allen recruiters will only contact you through a valid “@bah.com,” “@ne.bah.com,” or "@recruiting.bah.com" email address. If the email address you are communicating with is a Gmail, Yahoo, or any other free mail service, it is not an official Booz Allen communication. Report the email as phishing or spam with your email host.
Don’t offer anyone sensitive personal or financial information, and don’t agree to send any money or goods.
If you’re still concerned, contact Booz Allen directly with the relevant information and we’ll look into it immediately. As an added precaution, please don’t post about your status or experience in the hiring process on your social media accounts. This may provide bad actors with an opportunity to engage with you. Additional guidance and templates will be shared during onboarding if you receive an offer.

Yes. As part of the application process, you’re expected to be on camera during virtual interviews and assessments. We reserve the right to take your picture to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

Booz Allen transitioned to a new recruiting system called Workday at the end of 2016. If you created an account on our career site or submitted an application prior to December 23, 2016, you must create a new account in Workday.
