Jimmy Pham co-leads Booz Allen’s Digital Platform capability. Specializing in DevOps as well as platforms as a service and containers as a service, he has more than 15 years of experience designing, developing, and leading transformative, enterprise-level software and IT projects for commercial companies and federal agencies, including the IRS, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Transportation.
Jimmy is a passionate technologist and an expert in the following areas:

- Application modernization
- Microservices architecture
He co-authored the Enterprise DevOps Playbook, an e-book published by O’Reilly Media in 2016 that helps organizations determine a plan for meeting their DevOps goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Jimmy’s prior experience includes serving as a senior technical project manager at Akamai Technologies, where he led cloud platform security and web acceleration engagement projects for the U.S. Department of State, Healthcare.gov, and otherslarge federal agencies while at Akamai, and modernized legacy systems at a prominent insurance company. He also co-founded and served as vice president for neoSpin, a Philadelphia-based startup specializing in web development and application modernization.
Jimmy has a B.S.E in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania.
