Leslie is the author of Booz Allen’s applications managed services methodology. This methodology provides “smart” operations and maintenance as well as application portfolio management services that help clients control risk, reduce costs, and meet performance targets. She is an industry expert in developing and managing performance-based programs and has been a guest speaker at various engagements to present and discuss topics such as measuring productivity and implementing quality management.
Leslie also led Booz Allen’s efforts to develop the Data Management Maturity (DMM) model in collaboration with the Capability Maturity Model Integration Institute. This effort has resulted in the publication of a draft DMM model that defines what is required to achieve alignment on strategy, implement governance mechanisms, manage operational components, define dependencies, align with IT capabilities, ensure data quality and integrate data into business processes. She is the partner sponsor of the firm's software development & architecture functional community.
Prior to Booz Allen, Leslie was the mid-Atlantic application outsourcing practice manager for Keane Inc. She is a certified project management professional and holds an M.S. and a B.S. in computer sciences from the University of Maryland.
