Julie designed and developed a blueprint for innovation that allows employees to pitch challenges for their colleagues to solve. Julie's digital workforce business is focused on using digital technology to disrupt ways of working, and accessing and engaging the workforce. She has applied crowdsourcing, mobile solutions, and cloud platforms to change the way missions and organizations function.
Julie has more than 20 years' experience leading IT transformation efforts and has spent more than 10 years of her career focused on information management and sharing within and across the defense community.
Julie holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a M.S. in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
