As a leader in Booz Allen’s digital business, Mike Bray drives digital solutions capture, delivery, and talent management for the firm’s Charleston Digital Hub. He is also spearheading innovation across Booz Allen’s digital practice, leading the development of reusable, automated accelerators in the areas of cloud-native development and DevSecOps.
Mike brings more than a decade of professional experience in full lifecycle software development, IT modernizations, and digital transformations. He has a track record of driving multiple customer solution design projects in parallel and finding novel solutions, architectures, and innovations to help customers meet their objectives. As a T-shaped engineer, Mike operates at the intersection of design, development, and operations, championing customer experience and DevSecOps practices that underpin the creation of cutting-edge citizen services.
Mike has supported several federal government clients, including the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, the Internal Revenue Service, and the U.S. Air Force. Most recently, he led the frontend architecture and development of the reimagined Recreation.gov.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Mike was a software engineer at IBM, where he led a digital data collection process to track and measure U.S. Postal Service performance across the nation.
He has a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Virginia.
