Johnny Ayoub is a leader in the firm’s energy, environment, and infrastructure practice, serving the Middle Eastern and North African markets. He has more than 13 years of commercial and government consulting experience across a number of related industries, including water, wastewater, conventional and renewable power, district cooling and real-estate.
He is an expert in strategy, transformation and restructuring programs at the national and corporate levels. His clients include the Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the Saline Water Conversion Corporation, the Saudi Electricity Company, the UAE Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, and the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, amongst many others.
Since re-joining our firm in 2013, he has been involved in numerous high-profile engagements, including the Saudi national water strategy, the Saudi national environment strategy, the UAE national water security strategy, a business plan for a new multibillion-dollar cleantech cluster, and a privatization strategy for a large Government utility. These efforts included a broad engagement top-level decision makers given their substantial economic and social impact.
Johnny holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD, a master's in operations research from the London School of Economics, and a bachelor's in industrial engineering from the Lebanese American University.
