Deborah Youmans is Booz Allen’s deputy chief information officer. As an enterprise technology leader with over 24 years of experience, Deborah directs the strategic development and technical delivery of digital technology firmwide. She and her teams provide secure, reliable, and innovative IT services and digital solutions.
Prior to her current role, Deborah was a program manager. She supported our federal clients with technology solutions to optimize their business processes and modernize their systems.
Before Booz Allen, Deborah was a project manager at CACI and AMS, leading legacy system modernization efforts. For example, she led the technical implementation of the Standard Procurement System (SPS) at U.S. Army major commands worldwide, successfully facilitating the retirement of legacy systems at 30 sites.
Deborah received an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech.
