Our strategy and technology consultants have empowered our international clients with the knowledge and experience they need to build their own local resources and capabilities.
In facing challenges of modernization, our Middle East and North Africa clients have complex requirements that benefit from our proven experience in guiding major programs and projects for governments and private-sector organizations. The services we offer in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, Kuwait, Morocco, Jordan, and other regional countries build on our consulting legacy.
Our clients call upon us to work on their hardest problems—delivering effective health care, protecting warfighters and their families, keeping our national infrastructure secure, bringing into focus the traditional boundaries between consumer products and manufacturing as those boundaries blur.
Booz Allen was founded on the notion that we could help companies succeed by bringing them expert, candid advice and an outside perspective on their business. The analysis and perspective generated by that talent can be found in the case studies and thought leadership produced by our people.

The big news just keep coming for Project Jellyfish, Booz Allen’s open-source, modular cloud broker platform. Today, we’re launching Project Jellyfish Version 3.0, an exciting new iteration of the open-source platform that’s empowering organizations to procure and manage multiple cloud services from a single place.
The new version is launching in conjunction with the 2015 Red Hat Summit, an open-source gathering sponsored by Red Hat, one of several key collaborators on Project Jellyfish, along with other leading companies including Docker, Chef, Sensu, and more.
Since the release of Version 2.0 in February 2015, Project Jellyfish has been updated with a number of new tools and features, including:
Beyond this, organizations can now take advantage of optional engineering and consulting professional services to make sure they get a tailored fit to meet their exact needs. Booz Allen can deploy trained experts in cloud computing, infrastructure design, security, policy, and strategy development to provide custom support for Project Jellyfish. Our business and technology consultants have provided support for international, commercial, and government clients to solve a wide array of challenges associated with cloud services.
As an open-source and continually improving platform, Project Jellyfish is also looking for contributors and partners to help it thrive. Whether you’re interested in contributing documentation or testing, or you’re an organization looking to connect your products to the Jellyfish platform, we want to hear from you!
