In facing challenges of modernization, our Middle East and North Africa clients have complex requirements that benefit from our proven experience in guiding major programs and projects for governments and private-sector organizations. The services we offer in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, Kuwait, Morocco, Jordan, and other regional countries build on our consulting legacy.
Our clients call upon us to work on their hardest problems—delivering effective health care, protecting warfighters and their families, keeping our national infrastructure secure, bringing into focus the traditional boundaries between consumer products and manufacturing as those boundaries blur.
Booz Allen was founded on the notion that we could help companies succeed by bringing them expert, candid advice and an outside perspective on their business. The analysis and perspective generated by that talent can be found in the case studies and thought leadership produced by our people.

The client’s plight was familiar and unnerving—the public data breach of a Fortune 500 global brand with millions of customers. Post-breach, the company took stock and realized that its cybersecurity posture needed an overhaul. The new Chief Information Security Officer, a former client, called on Booz Allen to help stabilize the company’s position. The Booz Allen team rallied immediately, bringing critical cybersecurity, systems, and intelligence expertise.
Within weeks, the team leveraged threat intelligence solutions to analyze existing systems and infrastructure, and prioritize vulnerabilities, revealing more than 9,000 previously undiscovered risks. Intent on reducing the footprint through which adversaries could attack the client’s systems, the Booz Allen team created the client’s Vulnerability Management Program to provide transparency into the deficiencies and bring effective oversight.
The team implemented fixes across a broad swath of technologies and captured strategic issues around the underlying reasons for vulnerabilities. As a result, the client chose to have Booz Allen build a new security operations center (SOC) rather than augment existing capabilities.
Within 45 days, Booz Allen’s innovative Cyber Fusion Center was operational. The new security operations center fused 24/7 cyber operations, security monitoring, and incident management with threat intelligence and vulnerability management capabilities. Within 90 days, the team helped the client stop two additional critical cyber events. Today, Booz Allen continues to help the client operate and augment cyber capabilities.
