The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) honored our very own Holly Rollins and Jaime Nelson at their annual conference, WE16, held October 28, 2016 in Philadelphia, PA.
Each year, SWE recognizes a select few individuals who show "continuing dedication to SWE's mission—striving to highlight the impact and importance of women in engineering across the globe, leading by example, and demonstrating that a career in engineering can be a fulfilling, rewarding pursuit for women of any background."

Holly Rollins received SWE's PRISM Award, which recognizes her outstanding career leadership in a technical field, as well as professional organizations and the community.
Holly is a Principal and leads our Air Force C4ISR Analytics and Cyber team in Colorado. She has championed Mentoring Circles, Senior Women's Roundtable events, New and Expectant Mothers workshops, and Senior Associate pipeline management. Currently she is currently on the leadership advisory team of the Society of Women Engineers within the firm.
Jaime is a Senior Systems Engineer working in our Defense and Intelligence Group. She brings her clients a blend of enterprise architecture and engineering, strategic planning, and organizational behavior focused on language and culture. The product of a military family, Jaime has dedicated her career to date to service to the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Communities.
