July 6, 2018 marked the farewell party for three high-flying consultants, Mayar Akrameh, Danielle Abou Jaoude, and Ibrahim Nahas, who have left the firm to pursue MBA degrees, fully sponsored by Booz Allen. While the trio will be sorely missed, we look forward to welcoming them back on completion of their degrees, with new experiences and new qualifications in hand.
Meanwhile, coming full-circle, we are delighted to welcome back Marwan Matar who has successfully completed an MBA program at Columbia Business School. Having left Booz Allen as a consultant, he is returning a year-and-a-half later as an associate at the firm. Highlighting the active role that Booz Allen plays in encouraging and supporting professional development, Marwan describes his experience:
“I came to realize the ingenious foresight of Booz Allen’s investment in people the moment I graduated from CBS: The clarity of thought, boldness of expression, and diverse network of professionals Columbia empowered me with is not merely a personal edge I attain, but an edge I will be employing towards my clients’ aspirations on a daily basis. This foresight, though not intuitive to my pre-MBA self, proves how far Booz Allen goes in planning the development of its peoples’ skills and ultimately its clients’ mission.”
